… about participating in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark.
Members have exclusive opportunities to engage with other Foundation Members, Partners, and Leaders at events like member exchanges, the Global Leaders Council, and other exclusive events, fostering valuable connections and collaborations.
Foundation Members can access the L&D Program at a discounted rate per Module of €1,850 ex VAT allowing them to enhance their skills and knowledge. Non-members pay €2,500 ex VAT per module.
Members have the opportunity to participate in structured planning meetings with their dedicated Relationship Manager annually. These meetings encourage collaboration and input from members into the direction of the organisation.
The “triage” system allows members to access valuable content not readily available in the public section of the website, improving their access to important information.

Highlighted video features on the website, showcasing key supporters and their contributions.
Sponsorship visibility at international events if requested, reinforcing their leadership and commitment to LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion.

Each member gains access to our exclusive Member Area, featuring tailored resources, toolkits, event highlights, and learning modules. Foundation Members receive 2 logins, Foundation Partners receive 3, and Foundation Leaders receive 5.
The membership runs in alignment with the calendar year, January 1st – December 31st.
Our membership fees for organisations from Academia, Government, or Non-profits will be as follows: €6,000 for Foundation Members, €12,000 for Foundation Partners, and €20,000 for Foundation Leaders.
Our membership fees are as follows: €7,000 for Foundation Members, €13,500 for Foundation Partners, and €22,500 for Foundation Leaders. These membership fees are designed to enable us to uphold the quality of your experience, sustain our infrastructure, and provide improved services that cater to your evolving requirements.
